Banyumas, our home in Central Java, Indonesia, is well known as one of the country’s major production centers for coconut and palm sugar. We work closely with local farmers and sap harvesters in our villages to produce both coconut sugar and palm sugar. Made from naturally harvested coconut and palm sap, our sugars are natural sweeteners that can be a better alternative to refined sugar and other artificial sweeteners.
